ABSTRACT

This study, which was conducted as a requirement for a degree at the African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education, aimed to identify the role of critical, creative, and compassionate thinking as a remedy. to be in conflict with the mention of the Federal Co-operative College Orji River in the Nigerian institution. When taking into account the decline in the quality of education in our nation, this is arguably relevant. Issues within our educational system have dominated print and broadcast media. It is apparent that lecturers, instructors, and the administration of the school are the worst culprits. The literature on the issue of critical, creative, and compassionate thinking was thoroughly researched to propose solutions to conflict problems in school program in order to fulfill the goal of these studies. The CCACT’s values are sufficient to put a stop to this dispute in Nigerian institutions. The goal of this study is to find a reasonable and peaceful solution to the conflict and settlement issue.
