An average human being is expected to become ill more than three times every year. People are continually looking for different hospitals to help them with their health problems, but they don’t know how to get there or what route to take. In the event that ill people do not know the correct routes and directions, they may end up going the incorrect way, which could result in death in an emergency. To avoid this issue, the goal of this study is to design an online hospital locating system that would assist users in finding the correct instructions to various health centers. This study proposes an easily accessible application that provides routes, instructions, traffic updates, and the ability to observe other hospital users. The suggested system also includes automated navigation operations, such as presenting users with the best route between their starting point and their destination and calculating driving time based on distance. Google Maps APIs, Google Direction APIs, PHP, JSON, and MySQL have all been developed and used to deliver solutions in this system. This program employs a client/server architecture, with the users acting as clients and the PHP and MySQL database acting as servers.
BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Location-based services are one of the most important features of current cellphones (LBS). Because of an integrated chip that supports the Global Positioning System, location apps on smartphones can be utilized and recognized successfully (GPS). Using GPS on our cellphones in conjunction with Google Maps can help users quickly locate nearby bookstores, restaurants, bus stations, and cinemas. The vast majority of individuals nowadays use their mobile phones to conveniently explore and navigate across cities. Many of these users utilize location-based apps to find directions, places, and other information based on their present position. Because of the popularity of these types of smartphone applications (LBS), a new one has been developed to assist hospitals and sick patients.
A significant amount of this free software fails to meet the expectations of users in terms of locating hospitals and obtaining speedy routes in the event of a patient emergency. These apps are used for navigating, finding nearby areas, or displaying locations on a map. In addition, online map guide programs lack the ability to allow users to add or remove a specific location. This study describes an automated technique for creating an interactive navigation map for an online hospital location system that is based on a Google map.
This can be accomplished by combining a focused MySQL database on a server with user apps (in smartphones).

With the system, you may find hospital routes and predicted arrival times.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
The goal of the study is to create a system that will help sick patients and other users find hospitals and other health facilities quickly. The system will also address the problem of people going to the wrong hospital because each hospital on the system will have reviews and recommendations from previous users.
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
The online hospital system will be a web-based system that can only be accessed with an internet connection; people with inadequate or no internet access will be unable to navigate the platform.
