The global crisis simply means world-wide economic failures on all fronts. No national economy has been spared, heir in the developed or developing world. It is a complete global recession that has left economic and financial planned poring over theories that could offer solutions to this devastating global economic development.
According to Sampson (2008) commonly explained as a state of negative economic growth for up to two consecutive quarters. From corporate failures, the recession has started taking its toll on national economic Dike (2009) have pointed out that the Global economic crisis began in the last quarter of the 2008 financial year in the united State of America and also plunged other countries economies (both advanced and developing) into serious recessions.
According to Sampson, Business titas are failing, forced corporate nuptials are being consummated, Major economics are gelting bankrupt, banks are failing to perform their traditional functions.
The crisis that started in the country since become a major concern for political leaders, economists, and managers of financial institutions around the globe as its input has gone beyond the borders of the country.
The challenges in office technology training programmes where there is no doubt that global economic recession has negatively impacted on the activities of technical and vocational education and training policy issues. This becomes obvious given the fact that education which is part of forms and one of mainstreams of the state.
According to Obafemi (2008) explained for recognizing the government to invest heavily in education especially in technical and vocational training as a way of creating wealth through self-employment after some necessary skills have been acquired by trainees.
This study would increase the body of knowledge and contribute to the available research literature on the global economic crisis and the challenges of office technology and management training programme.
Statement Of The Problem
The global crisis has slowed down economic productivity, business operations and investments by way of reducing domestic and internal demand for goods and services. It has pushed up unemployment as many industries and organizations are shadding off workers also attracted office technology and management training. In addition to the negative of the crisis, it includes high inflation rate of goods and services.
The work is therefore designed to find out the global economic crisis and the challenges of office technology and management training programme.
Purpose Of The Study
To determine how the influence of productivity and the global economic crisis on the challenges of office technology and management training programme.
To determine how unemployment and the economic crisis and challenges of office technology and management training programme.

Significance Of The Study
This research work is significant in many ways which include the following:-
It will serve as reference material today person(s) whishing to undertake research on related topics.
This research work shall be of great important to the secretaries, students of business and management and business organizations in carrying out learning training effectively.
Delimitation Of The Study
The research work is delimited to Uyo Local Government Council, Uyo Local Government share common boundaries with Ibiono in the Earth, Abak in the East, Ibesipo in the West and Etinan in the South respectively. Uyo Local Government are predominant Civil Servants and very few self employed people. Uyo is the state capital of Akwa Ibom State and their main Language is Ibibio.
Limitation Of The Study
The factors that limited the smooth conduct of this research are low respond rate by respondents shortage of literature on “Entrepreneurship Education and the Management of unemployment among Nigerians Youth posed a problem on data collection. Storage of fund for transportations to and from various place also posed a problem on the data collection of this research work.
