Leaning on, this description of “ trends ” therefore the subject matter “ trends in erecting cost in Nigeria ” can be described as a way to move or extend in a specific direction of erecting cost in Nigeria.

 

This trend in erecting cost is associated with the cost of erecting a structure which includes the physical medication and experimental cost.

 

The construction assiduity is veritably vital to the socio- profitable development of a nation, this is because the affordability or else of construction affect the confidence of the citizen in their actuality in any nation.

And to come up with possible result to dock these treads through oral interview and questionnaires with parties involved also to mokes the changes within the period of ten times( 10 times)( 2000- 2010).

The study is limited to the comparison of the cost of a two bedroom bungalow over a period of ten times( 10 yrs) through updating of some major structure element attained from bill of amounts from tender rates in relation to the trends from( 2000 – 2010) using the cost indicator system of analysis.

 

Methodology

 

The system espoused for this thesis includes oral interviews, questionnaires and case study of two( 2) bedroom bungalow.
