Background Of Study
Atiba original government area of Oyo State in the western part of Nigeria is known for their agrarian practices; cassava is one of the agrarian products that can be set up in this area of oyo state. cassava is one of the agrarian products that are consumed by both the rich and the poor; Atiba original government area is among the pastoral areas in Nigeria that survive substantially through the deals of agrarian products; the agrarian development programs plays a major part in the provocation of the practice of husbandry in these pastoral areas of Nigeria; the civil government of Nigeria have put up so numerous agrarian programs with points of eradicating poverty in Nigeria especially the people in the pastoral area of Nigeria.
The people of Atiba original government area is known for their rich land; product of cassava and fish husbandry; the civil government of Nigeria wishes to ameliorate the standard of living in this area of Oyo State. The agrarian programs plays a major part in the growth and development of the Nigeria frugality through husbandry; some of these agrarian programs includes United Nations Development Programme( UNDP), International Fund for Agricultural Development( IFAD), Agricultural Development programmes( ADP), Food and Agricultural Organisation( FAO) and the National Economic commission and Development( NEED); all these are for the growth and development of husbandry in Nigeria but for the purpose of the exploration work, we shall concentrate on the Agricultural Development Programme( ADP); this programme was established by the civil government of Nigeria in the time 1963 after independence the main end of this programme was to increase the product of agrarian products in Nigeria and to increase the income of utmost growers that operates on a small scale through the provision of backing similar as giving them diseases, bettered seed for good crop; this programme have being of great important to both the small and medium scale growers in Nigeria. according to( Ajayi and Ajala, 1997; Garba, 2000; Akpabio, 2007) they stated that the agrarian programme aimed at adding food product for pastoral residers and raising the income position of small– scale growers by making provision for bettered seeds, toxin, fungicides, credit installations and infra- structural installations. From the time of commencement of the Agricultural Development Programme( ADP) in Atiba Original government area of Oyo State, the exploration work has examined the impact it has made in Atiba original government area of Oyo State. the study will bandy the impact of the ADP in the lives of the growers of Atiba original government areas of Oyo State. according to the( economist 2014, 2015) the major problem of the pastoral area is lack of good structure; the study won’t only look at the impact of ADP but it’ll also examine its actuality and impact on the agrarian development in Atiba original government area of Oyo State.
Statement Of The Problem
The people of Atiba original government area of Oyo State perform inadequately in the agrarian sector because of lack of finances to buy some of the husbandry tools similar as diseases, sprayers and other ministries; the civil government od Nigeria through the ADP have made so important effect to ameliorate the standard of agrarian practices in Atiba original government area of Oyo State; outside the oil painting sector; considering thenon-oil sector of Nigeria, agrarian sector is the major contributor the growth and development of the Nigeria frugality. According to( Ekpo and Egwaikhide 1994; Oyejide 1998; Okoruwa et al 2003); the Nigeria agrarian import goods contributed over 75 of the total periodic wares exports.

Time Constraints The experimenter’s involvement in other departmental conditioning left him or her with limited time for the exploration work, but the experimenter was suitable to meet up with the time listed for the donation of the exploration work.
