Abstract

 

Weather soothsaying is the operation of wisdom and technology to prognosticate the state of the atmosphere for a given position. mortal beings have tried to prognosticate the rainfall informally for glories, and formally since the nineteenth century. Weather vaticinations are made by collecting quantitative data about the current state of the atmosphere and using scientific understanding of atmospheric processes to project how the atmosphere will evolve. The end of this exploration design is to apply a rainfall soothsaying system through the system of continuity which will be used to collect data about rainfall conditions about specific locales rather that large geographical zones.

This study will be limited to indigenous rainfall data gotten from Lagos state, and thee-Science operation developed will only cover the use of the data collected to prognosticate the rainfall condition of the following day.
