Design And Implementation Of A Smart Device That Counts The Number Of People Inside A Conference Hall; And Prevents People From Entering Once The Room Has Reached Its Capacity.

Project Body

Chapter One

Preface

The artificial batch counter is an electronic and electrical device that handles the counting and controls the inflow of individualities using an automated slide door that allows access only when the director permits. The fashion involved in the design is a simple detector unit that opens and closes the door when someone obstructs the light path. These parameters can be used to determine when someone has moved in or out of the conference hall( for case). The light seeing type involves covering the unit with photon or optic bias; this consists of the encoder( transmission path or the source of energy) and the decoder( receiver unit that converts the light intensity to electrical signal). An LED emitter, combined with a print sensor( Light Dependent Resistor, print transistor or infrared seeing diode) in propinquity, form a veritably useful object called opto- coupler or opto- hermit. When the opto coupler is dammed, the door opens and the display shows an increase or drop of individualities in the room( depending on the path followed). This design report creates a lesser picture of the artificial batch counter.

The Aim And Objects Of The Design

The end of this design is to demonstrate a smart device that counts the number of people inside a conference hall; and prevents people from entering once the room has reached its capacity.

Defense Of The Design

The need for counting the number of persons inside the conference hall is for statistical record, which will help the conference hall operation take a proper account of people; and as well, control the conference hall capacity from being over populated.

The Compass Of The Design

This design covers the features of the capacity examiner, the tackle description, the use of transistor- transistor sense and microcontroller, how the system works and its operations.

The Design Report Association

This design report is organized into five chapters. The first chapter covers the preface, end compass and defense of the design. The alternate chapter addresses about the technology behind the design, the description of the microcontroller, as well as the working principle of the design. Chapter three covers the methodology of the design. Chapter four discusses the designing and construction of the design, as well as other factors used in designing this design. Chapter four also talks about the testing of the individual factors and packaging of the design. And incipiently, chapter five summarizes and concludes the design
