Abstract
This exploration work is geared towards the disquisition of the effect of financial and financial programs on marketable bank and other fiscal institution, government through colorful agencies issues financial and financial which are assumed to determine whether these polices have any significant impact on the marketable banks and other fiscal institution, questionnaires were administered on this exploration work on which the questionnaires are distributed to 30workers of union bank and the result was analysis through the use of statistical table, chance and it was tested through the use of Chi-square system, Results shows that financial and financial programs had enhanced functional effectiveness in Nigeria fiscal institution by reducing fiscal indiscipline in the fiscal and financial systems. It was concluded that financial and financial programs had excite government to married popular operation which would also address lack of the usual standard in the fiscal system. thus it deals with frugality stabilization performance and fiscal discipline.
