Abstract

The content of this design is perfecting organizational performance through effective staff discipline and control( A case study of Ogun transport company OTC) Abeokuta. It bandied an overview of the conception of discipline and control, types and forms of correctional measures. It also bandied the colorful ways of perfecting correctional and control process. Eventually, the design recommended that there must be sound staff discipline and control so as to ameliorate the organizational performance of workers, it also added that there must be acceptable provision for effective means of communication.
