Labour Turnover On Organizational Productivity In The Nigerian Banking Sector 

 

Abstract

 

This study explored labour development on organizational productivity in the Nigerian banking sector a case study of access bank ikot ekpene branch. supposedly there’s a need to check dysfunctional mobility of mortal capital in the banking sector in the original government. Across-sectional mixed system design was used to collect data. A stratified sample of the bank’s workers completed asemi-structured questionnaire. Archival data was used in the computation of development rates. The results show a fairly low overall hand development rate, and differences in development rates for different job situations and gender distributions. The development rate for aged and youthful workers is fairly analogous. Factors that contribute to job dissatisfaction include better job offers away, poor compensation, a lack of promotional openings. The findings of the study give substantiation of the most burning development problems that a bank in a less rich geographic region gests . The impact of job dissatisfaction on the productivity, effectiveness and service delivery in the bank is stressed and a number of mortal resource practices are recommended to manage hand and to develop important demanded mortal capital in the banking sector in the region.
