Management Innovation And Sustenance Of Small Business Unit In Nigeria

 

Abstract

 

This study assessed the impact of operation invention on food of small business unit. The study employed the descriptive check exploration design. The sample size comported of 150 repliers drawn from acclimatizing/ fashion business area at Surulere Lagos. A 20- item structured questionnaire was designed to evoke responses from the tried population on operation invention and food of small business unit. The Pearson Correlation Statistics was employed with the help of Special Package of Social lores( SPSS) to test the four suppositions stated for the study. Results showed among others that the tested acclimatizing fashion design differed significantly in design, marketing and deals from those stylish practices, there was significant difference between product design and perpetration of Nigeria acclimatizing fashion design and those of stylish practice, there was significant impact of education, training and times of work experience on acclimatizing fashion design business performance and that significant relationship exists between operation invention and food of small business units. On the base of these findings the recommendations were made which include individual pretensions should decide from strategic invention direction and overall entrepreneur pretensions; small business entrepreneurs should know what guests requirements are through requirements assessments; education and training should be given to small business possessors to make them to be leaders in their business and government to produce enabling terrain for small business unit to survive.
