Abstract

Images are the most vibrant cover lines for steganography algorithm because of their large quantum of spare bits that are suitable in the transmission of information over the internet. The common photographic Expert Group( JPEG) is illustration of images formats that uses the contraction ways. The JPEG is the most vibrant image train format on the internet and the image sizes are lower because of the contraction thereby making it a least suspicious algorithm in use.

Steganography and cryptography are two different ways for hiding information that provides confidentiality, integrity and vacuity of data. Steganography as a fashion is aimed at transmitting a communication on a channel, where some other kind of information is formerly transmitted(J. Huang etal 2011).
