Abstract

This paper examines the process of delegation

exercise at Fountain University, indicating

the part of

library in the exercise, in compliance with the National Universities Commission’s description of

delegation. Emphasis was on the library effects, volume and quality of accoutrements and their curre

ncy.

The delegation exercise indicates that the institution maintains easily specified educational objects that are, harmonious with its charge and applicable to the degrees it offers. Grounded upon reasoned judgment, the process stimulates evaluation and enhancement, while furnishing a means of continuing responsibility to the public. This study seeks to give an sapience in

to the delegation exercise at root university, Osogbo, with a view to participating gests of the library as the integral p

art of the institution. The paper therefore concluded that the statement of Fountain University delegation status with the NUC is also an
