Abstract

 

This paper examines the process of delegation

 

exercise at Fountain University, indicating

 

the part of

 

library in the exercise, in compliance with the National Universities Commission’s description of

 

delegation. Emphasis was on the library effects, volume and quality of accoutrements and their curre
