This exploration examines the CBN law of commercial governance on fiscal performance of Listed Banks in Nigeria. The study employed thenon-surveyed exploration design, to quantify the position of compliance with law, compliance indicator, correlation matrix and simple retrogression system of data analysis was used to pierce the effect of compliance with CBN law on fiscal performance of banks in Nigeria. It was discovered that Compliance with the CCG by Nigeria banks has greatly bettered the quality of fiscal performance of banks. This is because the information which exposure uses to be freely is now made to be obligatory with the preface of CCG. It was also set up out that commercial governance has significant positive significance on the fiscal performance of banks in Nigeria. It was thus recommended that The CCG should be reviewed from time to time by the Central Bank of Nigeria( CBN) and the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation( NDIC) taking into cognizance the information demand of the druggies and ensures its vacuity at all time in the periodic report of the banks.
