Plc, Ogui Road,Enugu.It’s a common knowledge that Banks frequently favour the large – scale diligence in credit extension scheme. This is because of their advanced equity base, vacuity of collaterals and lower threat. Further still, they’ve a further systematized operation platoon and employ professionals with lesser chops. In this study thus, sweats are made to identify the problems generally encountered by small and medium scale enterprises in raising plutocrat from bank. These problems could be broken down into specialized problems, directorial or environmental constraints and fiscalproblems.Nevertheless, have identifi9ed these problems some suggestions on how to meliorate similar essential difficulties were offered.
