As anticipated in homemade processes, this has led to endless ranges during the concurrence period. The queuing is as a result of the concurrence officer tête-à-tête going through the bills of the scholars and in the process some have lost their damage. This design work focuses on developing software that can handle this task efficiently. The concurrence officer can now corroborate the scholars for examination without the need for them queuing because the process is now motorized which will be presto, dependable and effective.

The figure charged is used in furnishing a conducive literacy terrain for the scholars. It enables the operation in paying staff hires, furnishing outfit and maintaining architectures in the academy. At Caritas University Bursary department, the need for an effective and automated pupil’s figure operation system can not be over emphasised. This is because it’s a private University whose major source of backing is by figure payment from the scholars. As in every other legal sale, bills are also issued to the scholars which they must present ahead; taking examinations, getting accommodation in the lot, submission of course forms, lab test and treatment, getting ID cards etc. Over the once many times, registration of scholars into the university has steadily increased with its attendant demand more on the concurrence officer who tête-à-tête and manually goes through all the scholars ’ bills and certifies than by issuing concurrence cards before examinations. This primer processing system has caused loss of bills and detention during the concurrence period. In order to speed up this process and simplify this homemade figure processing system, the development of an electronic database system is therefore being proposed in this design work.

This computer grounded operation system has promising prospect for educational institutions in order to enhance the figure operation system. The demand for a computer grounded figure operation processing system in a large number of universities worldwide, is a growing necessity. The proposed system would store, route, display and issue damage and cards electronically. This system not only enhances the university’s document operation, It also allows opinions to be made briskly and more efficiently.

Background Of The Study

Caritas University is a private university approved by the civil government of Nigeria on December 16 2004. It’s positioned in Enugu and was officially opened on January 21, 2005 by the also Minister of education Prof. Fabian Osuji. The 250 colonist scholars registered on May 28, 2005 in a beautiful form that attracted dignitaries both from church and State. It’s the alternate unqualified University in Nigeria innovated by Rev Fr Prof Emmanuel Paul Mathew EdehC.C.Sp OFR. The owner of the University is the sisters of Jesus the rescuer, a religious congregation innovated by him.

The vision of Caritas University is to deliver the wandering and bulging youths from farther slide into academic and moral decay and metamorphosis of the society through sound and unalloyed education. Its charge is to discover, sanctify and apply the knowledge of wisdom, environmental and engineering for mortal well- being and sound development of man for better society.
