CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS

 

Introduction

 

Accounting has always been a necessary organizational function, but it became even more important with the introduction of non-owner managers who had to stay current on company affairs. Whether a business is profit- or nonprofit-oriented, maintaining, preparing, and presenting accounts is essential for business success as well as organization for efficient decision-making. This is because both types of businesses must report to the stakeholders of the business through effective organizational management. However, due to record loss, delayed record preparation, and other issues, it was ineffective as a tool for efficient management of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine how computerized accounting systems can help with effective administration of a business.
