Design And Analysis Of A Small-scale Cost-effective Cnc Milling Machine

 

Abstract

 

This thesis aims to explore the propositions and ways behind procedures of developing a high perfection cost-effective mini CNC mulling machine. This recently designed machine tool can be extensively used in electrical and medical assiduity for making small corridor and drawing small features. colorful structures were explored and compared during the design stage. Different marketable products were precisely named and bought from the Chinese request. PMAC from Delta Tau was used as the stir regulator. Different setup and configuration issues using PMAC were explored. A recently designed stir regulator using Arduino and TI MSP430 was also tested and enforced as a relief of PMAC to reduce cost. Fabricated prototype machine was calibrated and tested under colorful tone- testing procedures to meet artificial

standard. Comprehensive cost analysis and profit estimation was conducted after

completion of the machine tool prototype.
