Design and Implementation of a Computerised Human Resources Management System (A Case Study of Emenite Plc)

ABSTRACT

The actions and management of an organization’s human resources component are mostly what determine its present and future well-being. The way and method in which human resources are managed is the only thing that can make it feasible for all efforts toward increased productivity, such as profit; organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, human resources management plays a crucial role in the health of an organization, particularly when it comes to facilitating positive changes toward effective performance.

As a result, the human resources department’s operations need to be improved in certain areas and replaced in others, which is why this initiative was made.

This project focuses on computerizing the human resources division, which leads to or aims to lessen the time constraints jobs require in the organization, including improving inadequate record maintenance in the system that leads to the inadequate production of the product that will satisfy the customers. To handle the issue areas that need for computerization and improvement techniques presented in regions that call for appraisal, a computer model will be created.

This will go a long way toward assisting human resources management worldwide in meeting the problems presented by the advancement of information technology.
