Most frequently, printing of crucial computer reports has been interrupted in the middle due to a few minor issues with the computer/printer system. A lack of specialized equipment, some of which are only accessible to a small number of large firms due to their high cost of acquisition, can sometimes make it difficult for maintenance to perform detailed diagnosis due to the complexity of the faults.
Depending on the situation, some of those faults might necessitate the use of simple tools and very basic printer maintenance knowledge. once the root causes have been located.
