DESIGN AND IMPLENTATION OF EXPERT SYSTEM ON THYPHOID AND MALARIA DIAGNOSIS

ABSTRACT

A software system created specifically for use in the diagnosis of malaria and typhoid diseases is this project, the Expert system on Malaria and Typhoid Diagnosis. With a database containing expert knowledge, the software is an expert system. It is only used by the user to find out if they have any of the diseases that fall under its purview. The software is interactive and has audio capabilities to ask the user if they are experiencing any of the diseases’ symptoms. The expert system uses the user response to estimate the severity of the disease. The user is then given more guidance on what to do next. Health care facilities should always be open to the public. This software is implemented in a visual basic programming environment.
