Gender As Determinant Of Job Related Benefits In Organisations

 

Abstract

 

The study delved the problem of inequality in job- related benefits between manly and womanish persons in associations. Three hundred( 300) government staff from colorful associations in Anambra State, 150 manly and 150 womanish workers with mean = 34.79 times and SD = 33.58, served as actors.
