IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE THROUGH EFFECTIVE STAFF DISCIPLINE AND CONTROL

ABSTRACT

This project focuses on improving organizational performance through effective staff discipline and control (a case study of Ogun Transport Company OTC) Abeokuta. It provided an overview of the concept of discipline and control, as well as the various types and forms of disciplinary measures. It also discussed various methods for improving the disciplinary and control processes. Finally, the project recommended that there be sound staff discipline and control in order to improve worker organizational performance. It also added that adequate provision for effective means of communication must be made.
