INVESTIGATION INTO INFROMATION TECHNOLOGY SKILLS REQUIRED OF A SECRETARY FOR EFFECTIVE JOB PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT

This study focuses on investigating the IT skills secretaries need to perform effectively in the Imo State public service system. This study was conducted to examine the skills necessary for secretaries to perform their duties effectively.
