Background To The Study

thus, the idea of tone- reliance lays heavily on youth commission by training of mind and body of the youth for proper intergration in to the society and for positive development. Umar Dantani states that, “ the Nigerian government in collaboration with private associations should consolidate trouble to give economic employment to the army of severance youth, this can be done through the establishment of micro fiancé schemes that help the youth to

be tone employed, if this is achieve, redundancy among the youth would be reduced to the bearest minimum ”.1

Ibrahim Risikat Stated that, During the Obasanjo administration the Federal Government of Nigeria establish an profitable institution known as National poverty Eradication programme( NPEP). This institution was commanded to give capacity structure to intended youths to be tone- reliant, give loan installations to small and large scale enterprises as well as cover the progress of the loan installations granted to small and large scale enterprises. made programs to boast the participation of the severance youth. Inspite the essential part of government by introducing programmes and programs as an indispensable ways of reducing poverty position. Among jobless youth in the country, the programs and programmes introduced by the government haven’t been completely employed by numerous jobless graduates and the effect has been manifested in high position of crime rate.

The study is grounded on the following objective objects.

i) To examine the rules of government and private enterprises in youth rallying.

ii) To assay ways in which youth are being mustered for tone- reliance.

iii) To identify the challenges encountered in the process of youth rallying.

iv) To estimate the prospect for youth tone- reliance.

Defense Of The Study

Youth commission has significant part to play in the profitable development of Nigeria. In any community youth, grease the development of a given society in the sense that, their age order is accompanied with physical, emotional and cognitive development that give them, the occasion to contribute their own quotation towards the growth and development of their country.

The exploration would primarily focuses on youth rallying for tone- reliance and how it affects the development process in Suru original government area, within the period 2011- 2014.

Specifically, the study would be concerned with two associations in the area of study, and these are lauwal foundation and Garima Group, which was points at furnishing employment openings to the youth.

Exploration Suppositions

The exploration would be guided by the following

Supposition.

i) The places played by government and private enterprises toward the rallying process could lead to the achievement of tone- reliance.

ii) There’s substantial prograss in tone reliance trouble in Suru original Government.

iii) The tone- reliance could be achieved through the tone help enterprise in Suru original government.

Exploration Methodology

The exploration is base on colorful source similar as primary and secondary sources of data. Data from the field will be collected through interviews, observation and checke.t.c Oral interviews will be conducted with youths who are the heirs of tone- helpinitiatives.the authors and directors of lauwali foundation and Garima group will also be canvassed to collect dependable data. Five( 5) people from each foundation will be canvassed in order to make the work more dependable.

thus, another system of data collection is secondary source, in which data is been collected through consulting related handbooks published and upbublished, Journal, document where necessary, internet and some of this accoutrements could be source in Kebbi state Library in Birnin
