It’s safe to conclude that OSBC directorial approach to issues is effective, while operation performance is veritably high. still, in acceptable freedom, poor backing, infrastructural problem and power influence are some of the constraints to OSBC has the operation platoon are appointed by the government and subordinated to the vagrancy and caprice of the government at the state. It’s recommended that government should give a conducive terrain and infrastructural installations that will allow effective media performance.
