Abstract
A critical review of the most recent literatures on labour development and productivity was done. It was revealed that there’s a significant relationship between labour development rates and labour performance. And that labour development affects company productivity position. But, weal services in another way affect labour development rate. Also, the finding shows that productivity dimension has significant relationship with the company performance and growth.
But despite the essential disadvantages associated with labour development, it’s also been use to maintain profitability during slimmer period. This study examines its recrimination on Nigeria associations, using Evans medical plc as a case – study.
Four suppositions were formulated to test the relationship between labour development and productivity, performance and weal service, and how dimension of productivity affects the growth and company performance. Questionnaires were formulated grounded on the thesis and data were also collected from the company. The data were anatomized using simple chance fashion, ki- forecourt and trend graph.
It was recommended that labour development should be minimized as it affects the growth of the company and other fresh cost associated with it.
