Background To The Study
Kwali Area Council is one of the six( 6) councils in the Federal Capital Territory. It’s positioned on the South Eastern Fringe of the Federal Territory. The civil capital home came into being with the promulgation of decreeNo. 6 of 1976. The decree vested the power of power and control of all the land within the home on the civil government. 4. Offer some likely suggestions for perfecting profit generation in Original Government Area Council which will enhance good performance of Original Government to the occupants of the Original Government Area.
Significance Of The Study
This study is timely to Nigeria Local Government Councils which has been agonized over the times with problems of profit sources and operation. The study will go a long way to explore means of perfecting the present trend of effects towards perfecting profit generation. It’s hoped this will ‘” clean the gashes ” of original government on how effects could be regularized in the original government system as our recommendations is substantially cockshy to ameliorate the councils profit.

This study covers only Kwali Area Council. My intention was to get in touch with other area councils within the Federal Capital Territory( FCT) and other bordering original governments to the civil capital but due to some constraints, it isn’t going to be possible. I’ve thus, confined the compass of this study to Kwali Area Council, FCT, Abuja.
Limitations Of The Study
In carrying out this exploration work, I faced a number of problems similar as finance, time and reluctance from the people of Kwali Area Council.
