ABSTRACT

Despite the federal government’s best efforts to ensure not only an uninterrupted power supply for all Nigerian cities, but also a voltage that falls short of the necessary 220/230v for home use. The NEPA Plc is having trouble generating, transmitting, and distributing the required voltage stabilizer, which could be connected to the main and then to the load.
There are two key elements to this automatic AC voltage stabilizer.
The transformer section, the control circuit unit, and the protective unit make up the third portion.
After a series of tests, the voltage stabilizer’s output has a voltage of 228 + 12 with an overall output power of 1.5 KVA.
