This includes everything concerning the product or service in which the association is engaged product, distribution, deals, order and stock- taking. Computer- grounded information systems are systems that tend to have easily defined inputs and labors that enable and give necessary installations for directly and efficiently managing an organizational process. It could be deals, order or record keeping of staff. Information system is a collection of people, procedures, software, tackle and data. Connectivity allows computers to connect and partake information, thereby greatly expanding the capability and utility of an information system. Computer- grounded information systems are meant to reduce the stress in managing businesses or organizational procedures. Management Information System( MIS) is one of the major types of computer- grounded information systems. It uses the database of an association in producing well structured forms of reports.

1.2 Background Of The Study

The development of labor force operation dates back to the period of World War I around the time 1915 and more lately to the mortal relations movement of 1935 – 1950. 1.8 Supposition Of The Study

During the process of data collection, information relating to particular operation was attained from Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Lagos. The information was collected from the admin staff during the course of my artificial attachment. Hence, it’s assumed that all the data collected are correct and contains no false information.
