Computer- grounded information systems are meant to reduce the stress in managing businesses or organizational procedures. Management Information System( MIS) is one of the major types of computer- grounded information systems. It uses the database of an association in producing well structured forms of reports.

1.2 Background Of The Study

The development of labor force operation dates back to the period of World War I around the time 1915 and more lately to the mortal relations movement of 1935 – 1950. The information was collected from the admin staff during the course of my artificial attachment. Hence, it’s assumed that all the data collected are correct and contains no false information.
