Abstract 

The study looked into how well an organization’s internal control system worked (A Case Study of Dangote Group of Companies). The study made use of original information gathered from Dangote Group employees in Lagos State.

The major information used in the study was gathered from responses to a questionnaire.

The Chi-Squared statistic was used in the study’s analysis of the data to evaluate the hypothesis on the significance and value of the internal control department to the business and how it protects its resources.
