Abstract
Based on the predetermined study objective, a structured questionnaire with two open-ended questions and eighteen (18) closed-ended questions in each of Sections A and B was created and given to one hundred (100) respondents to the aforementioned case study, 87 of whom completed it completely and returned it.
As a result, both primary and secondary methodologies were used in the methodology (i,e questionnaire method, interview method, and library method).
However, using the chi-square approach to analyze the data collected, the following conclusions were made:
