Abstract
The impact of human resources management on an organization’s productivity is examined in this case study. The Nigeria Tobbaco Company Ltd. for a company to develop and prosper. Resources, both human and material, must be managed. The hallmark of a company, especially in for-profit businesses, is human resources management. In this study, the survey research method was used, and 100 copies of the questionnaire were distributed; 90 copies were returned. It is advised that training and development be used as a method of employee promotion. This will encourage staff members to seek out opportunities for personal growth, which will raise their knowledge and abilities and, in turn, boost the company’s profitability.
