INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

The intrapreneur is an employee of an entrepreneur who takes the initiative to start a new project to develop a new product or service within the entrepreneur’s bigger firm. The intrapreneur has the traits of an entrepreneur, but works within the entrepreneur’s company, using entrepreneurial skills without the risks that come with those activities. Within the entrepreneurial firm, intrapreneurs are generally assigned unique projects to work on. The distinction between entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs is that the former is responsible for projects within the entrepreneur’s already established firm, whilst the latter is responsible for projects within the entrepreneur’s already established firm. The similarity is that the entrepreneur is focused on establishing a business that will create items.

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

However, many people still don’t understand what intrapreneurship is, therefore applying it without a thorough understanding could result in a massive failure and waste of resources. Many of the problems faced in the process of intrapreneurship include Strategy Conflicts; many new ideas of intrapreneurship; and many new ideas of intrapreneurship.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The study’s goal is to clarify the benefits of intrapreneurship as well as the problems that come with it, so that recommendations for a successful intrapreneurship may be made.

The intrapreneur improves organizational performance by developing the ability to recognize and solve critical problems within the company, as well as the independence to evaluate and grasp patterns that are crucial for planning the company’s future. They plan and devise strategies for staying ahead of the competition. Over time, certain intrapreneurs may assume executive control of the company. For successful ventures, it is critical that entrepreneurial firms stimulate the efforts of intraprenuers.

The focus of the research is on evaluating the influence of intrapreneural organization on organizational performance.

Some limitations, such as logistical and regional factors, were encountered during the research.

An entrepreneur is a person who takes a significant level of risk in order to own and operate a business with the goal of profiting from it. He is the most important person in the company because he envisions new opportunities, products, techniques, and business lines and coordinates all of the activities necessary to bring them to fruition.

 

EDIFICED INTRAPRENUER

 

An intrapreneur is a company employee who is compensated based on the success of the business unit for which he or she is hired or responsible. The major distinction between an entrepreneur and an intrapreneur is that the former refers to a person who begins his own business with a fresh idea or concept, whilst the latter refers to an employee who fosters innovation within the organization’s boundaries.
