INTRODUCTION

1.1     BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY:

The impact of training and development on worker productivity is the main issue here.

Human resources is another name for them. Employees are those who work for the company. For better employee performance, management organizes a training and development program as a method for enhancing employees’ skills, increasing individual and organizational performance, improving employee morale, and achieving business growth and success. This program improves employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities, allowing them to be more competent and effective at their jobs, resulting in an increase in productivity.

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of training and development on worker performance and productivity, with particular reference to Lemon Nigeria Plc. To summarize, worker training and development are factors that influence organizational productivity, effectiveness, and performance.
