ABSTRACT

The problem posed by the marketing environment’s dynamic nature has required complete focus on the “location” variable or distribution, which is crucial in this. It makes an effort to have the merchandise available at the exchange location and time. The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of effectiveness and efficiency of NBC Plc’s product distribution in the aforementioned vein. The study was conducted in the city of Enugu. In order to gather the primary data, the researcher used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Consumers, distributors, and company staff made comprised the respondents.
