Abstract

 

The design is named “ The part of announcement in Newspaper Patronage A case study of Nigerian Tribune Newspaper; a stable of African journals of Nigeria( ANN) PLC Ibadan. The purpose of this exploration work is to find out the part of announcement in review patronage with a special focus on Tribune Newspaper. check system was espoused as exploration methodology with questionnaire as data collection instrument; occupants of two original governments were aimlessly named in Osun state. Boluwaduro and Boripe Local Governments independently, 60 repliers were chosen as sample size. The review of being literature revealed that no association can survive in a competition driven without announcement. The history and revolution of information technology have forced a lot of media associations to reevaluate the way of attracting patronage and maintain living bones . The analysis of data gathered shows that maturity of the repliers believed that review announcement has helped in adding the deals of review especially for Nigeria Tribune Newspaper. The experimenter concluded that announcement by review house is a sine- qua- non to buy of journals in Nigeria. It’s recommended that NUJ and NPAN should insure that media houses should uphold high standard of professional practice and cleave rigorously to the ethics of the profession in lieu of the huge quantum of plutocrat realized from Advertisers in the journals.
