Abstract

This paper is on the part of banks in the development of entrepreneurship. It’s aimed at dealing with the problems encountered by entrepreneurs in acquiring loans for their business, and also the part banks play in the development of entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

It seeks to look at the problems of getting the loans and also that of the banks benefactions to the average Nigerian small- scale enterprises.

A detailed exploration methodological approach, which involved, the review of affiliated literature, particular observation, different ways for the data collection and questionnaires were embarked upon.

Grounded on he major semantic problem linked, recommendation are made which includes aggressive enlightenment crusade by banks, small- scale manufactures and government to insure continued positive stimulant to the small- scale industrialist.
