INTRODUCTION

Of of all the resources used by enterprises, the human resources are the most dynamic. If they are to reach their full potential at work, they require a lot of attention from the organization’s management. Consequently, the problem that management must address today may involve motivation, leadership, communication work reforming payment structures, and training and development. The majority of these issues will be addressed in this research project, but right now it’s important to think about how training and development initiatives affect an organization.
