Design And Implementation Of A Collaborative Software As A Service Based Office Management System

 

Abstract

 

This design work sets out to ameliorate the train operation processes in organisations. It has been observed that the major problem of train operation system is that availability and vacuity to stored lines is limited to druggies in that particular terrain which also limits the cooperative sharing of electronic data over a large network content or at distance. This generally determines the workflow of an association, which negates the end and objects for which a particular association was set up in the first place. The design work revealed that the traditional train operation system isn’t flexible, extensible and interoperable and as similar slows down the workflow, and not readily available outside the work terrain thereby dwindling the affair of any particular association. Object acquainted Hypermedia and Design Methodology( OOHDM), was set up effective to Web operations as nautical views over an object model. therefore, this work is to be stationed on the pall, using the Software as a Services model for a veritably effective stoner experience. PHP and JQuery were the programming languages used for its design. Structured Query Language( SQL) was used for the database. The design work offers effective train operation in commercial establishment

 

Background of the Study

The necessity of moving a train from the RAM to a secondary storehouse calls for future reference(re-usability), vacuity( having this train ready and at hand at any time anywhere), safety( icing data integrity without the fear of loss or damage) and utmost times sequestration( authentication and access control). This purpose isn’t completely achieved when lines are saved just by the traditional train operation system generally handed by the stoner ‟ s operating system or the homemade system. The traditional system is exposed to instability, attainability, and data loss through viral attacks and other vicious software. This created the need of an fresh system for saving lines( back over medium), where lines will be available with or without the stoner ‟ s workstation, largely secured platform, and cost effective system.

 

Storage and access to lines which has been a core conception of computing and information technology requires the moving of lines to a better terrain where vacuity and security is assured. The pall system is a recent development which has dramatically changed the geography of software development. Some of these challenges include security and cost. espousing Software as a Service( SaaS) as the befitting pall calculating model for this work doesn’t only give software vacuity but also provides an effective means of billing druggies. The billing system will be covered by the number of times the operation will be used. That is, keeping a log of records, which in turn aids in covering any form of intrusion created by unauthorized access.
