Several libraries have suffered failure as a result of shy operation and incapacitations in handling sensitive information as respects members of the library.

This exploration thus, aimed at developing a digital library system, which will help direct and place library to meets its ever adding demands.

In the course of the development of this new system, the current system was analytically and critically studied or assessed and therefore the linked strengths and sins were stressed and a new system was designed for the weakness.

The present system was anatomized using a standard procedure honored worldwide for similar purpose and this is called Structured System Analysis and Design Methodology( SSADM).
