This design work is aimed at studying the procedure for NYSC marshaling and posting system for the purpose of automating the system for effectiveness and effectiveness. The main objects of this thesis is to develop and apply an automated deployment or rallying system of fraternity members to their place of primary assignments using NYSC fraternity members. The specific objects are to

1. Develop a multicriteria decision deployment model for NYSC; and

2. apply a web- grounded NYSC multicriteria decision system of planting fraternity members to their places of primary assignment for Kaduna State.

3. Design and apply a central database system that would serve as NYSC database, which will contain information of all the graduates that are staying for public youth service fraternity.

4. To induce scholars call up letters.

5. To efficiently and effectively mustered post good scholars.

Limitations Of The Study

numerous factors have limited this study, some of these factors are

TIME – The time allocated to exploration work for this study was greatly constrained due to violent academic conditioning involving the experimenter.

FINANCE – The major constraints for this study passed in the form of shy finances. The present high cost of material, access to a particular computer unit for running and remedying of the operation program, transportation charges to and fro the point of computeretc. militated against the smooth and easy advancement of the work.
