ABSTRACT

 

 

This design title is written to help hospitals especially SHONAHAN HOSPITAL, NSUKKA, Enugu in the areas they encounter problems in keeping their attendance scheme for case and the result given to attack problem similar as transubstantiating the being primer attendance scheme for cases system in which the being problems involved at the time was shiftlessness of the Croakers to work, loss of lines, inordinate loitering around of case for their lines and loitering of paper in the office.

This software reports on our airman evaluation of AN ELECTRONIC Case operation SYSTEM and their Croakers. The end is to ameliorate the quality of care to case and the information about them, as indicated by an enhancement in the effectiveness and effectiveness of care and in an increase in case’s satisfaction.

Electronic Case operation System is a pukka automated payment processing software. It’s used by hospitals to input, process and display their patient information. This system is used to manage and maintain electronic medical records, patient information, conventions, lab reports etc. It’s an effective tool in the hand of the sanitarium operation. Shonahan Hospital, Nsukka, Enugu which is the case study, has cases whose freights are to be collected after treatment.

Shonahan Hospital, Nsukka, Enugu is one of the biggest and well equipped hospitals in Nigeria.
