Robotization is defined as the control of processes by computers and its peripherals. moment it would be delicate to suppose of any process, business or action that couldn’t have served from the multitudinous benefits of the computer system. Controlling process or bias with computer started long agone since the invention of computer. In the 20th century formulators tried to make processes easier with the use of computers. Secondly robotization has been greatly applied or used in controlling process that requires frequent action similar as medicine procurement, medicine operation, medicine shadowing and medicine distributions in sanitarium operation information system in drugstore departments of hospitals.

Statement Of Problem

medicine procurement, shadowing, distribution and information operation in this regard are routine processes carried out in colorful hospitals across Nigeria. It’s a common place to observe that these routine processes are still preformed manually or are minimally motorized indeed in our tutoring Hospitals. This homemade approach to these routine operations has a lot of problems associated with it, ranging from poor running of medicine data of cases, lack of good storehouse information system for medicines and medicine apothecary, detainments, to the difficulty in reacquiring information on medicines and cases ’ records.

Objects Of The Study

The end of this exploration design is to design and apply a motorized medicine information operation system, medicine procurement and distribution shadowing system. This includes

i). To order for medicines without mistake of earning further than needed.

ii). To take good stock of medicines.

iii). To help apothecary of expired medicines

iv). To insure accurate keeping of records of medicines
