Abstract
This design is aimed at designing and enforcing a transacting system or an ATM machine for Eco Bank Plc, Obosi Onicha. Especially, this study covered the conditioning of fiscal institutions in marshaling cash payments and given the larger part of it to guests who wish to do their cash deals electronically in Eco bank Obosi Onitsha.
