The use of social networking spots application in politics is obviously continued to grow in recent times. Since Barack Obama broke the world record in the history of social networks use for political purpose during the 2008 US presidential choices, numerous nations and politicians across the globe have continued to embrace the platform to rally their citizens and shape campaigners preference on seeker and towards active participation in the political process. This study examines the impact of social networking spots on choosers ’ preference on the 2015 presidential choices. The study was anchored on the docket setting proposition that shows that information posted on social networking spots plays a vital part in shaping people’s perception on motifs. The check exploration system was used to induce data for this exploration work. Findings show that social networking spots play a vital part on choosers ’ preference. The study recommended that political parties should use the social networking spots in the posterior choices in Nigeria and see it as an avenue to induce further votes.
