Abstract

The experimenter delved the operation problems and results of growers collaborative societies in Onitsha north original government area. The population of the study was the registered growers collaborative societies were totally named from the six registered societies in the Onitsha axis in such a way that for every three societies appearing on the list, the third bone was picked or named and three were inversely named from ten registered societies in the same axis. The only instruments used was questionnaires which were distributed to members of the collaborative societies and staff/ commission members of the named societies. The data collected was anatomized by using table and probabilities. The summary of the disquisition shows that some growers collaborative societies aren’t feasible and that this emanates from poor fiscal labor force problems administration and the operation collaborative education has viouted in collaborative mindfulness to both members and staff/ operation commission members.
