Also, the study would be useful to the institution( academy) and department by design training class and programme for their staff and scholars.

This study is concerned about the impact of training and development on staff effectiveness in first bank Nigeria PLC. Area office Kaduna. The study covers a period of 5 Timesi.e 2005- 2009. the experimenter has related the study to only areas that are related to the content.

 

Limitation Of The Study

 

The study is limited to impact of training and development have on bank staff effectiveness of which first bank is been concentrated on. Also, the experimenter incapability to collected favourable data out of sample population presented to staffs of the bank due to sanctioned secretiveness, led to low questionnaires affect which made the exploration design under anatomized.
