Because it improves the effectiveness and effectiveness of both individualities and the company, training and development has come the most significant aspect in the business world moment( Raja, 2011). Although some of the blame for the drop may be linked to a lack of educational structure and schoolteacher provocation, Khan( 2014) claims that a large portion of the problem is due to a lack of frequent in- service training for preceptors. In recent times, the Ministry of Education has moved its attention from giving in- service training to preceptors, particularly elderly high academy preceptors, to rather furnishing structure, ignoring the fact that outfit is pointless without competent educated preceptors to operate it. As a result, the study’s major thing is to look at the impact of schoolteacher training on job performance in Irepo LGA, Oyo State.
