DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPUTERIZED SEAPORT BILLING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

The Design and Implementation of a Seaport Billing System is an academic project that intends to create a computerized system to manage all of the everyday billing operations at the seaport. This project has numerous capabilities that are not typically seen in standard seaport management systems, such as user login and admin login, which allows the administrator to monitor the entire system. It also contains a warehouse where imported products can be stored and tracked. It also features a payment facility, and it is a computerized, strong payment system. It also has the capability of displaying all paid and purchased bill reports.

Overall, this project is being created to assist warehouse management in maintaining the Seaport as efficiently as possible while also reducing human labor. Visual Basic.net 2012 was used in the development of this application software. It is compatible with Windows 98 to Windows 10. To avoid errors, Microsoft Access 2010 must be re-distributed.
